Job Description

What does this role involve:

  • You will coordinate cooperation with key areas of the organization in order to implement the strategy of the category
  • You will coordinate and execute strategic processes (e.g. International Expansion) and sprints reported from other areas 
  • You will implement divisional and vertical strategies through the execution of strategic projects 
  • You will play a vital role in cross-functional projects aimed at budgets realization, implementing improvements or improving the quality of work and will take an active part in their design and implementation
  • You will constantly look for opportunities to improve processes in cooperation with the Business Operations Management area, also for business development opportunities and shape ideas into projects
  • You will coordinate, manage and report outcomes of projects and initiatives

This is the right job for you, if

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a position related to business operations with proven track record in coordination of cross-departmental projects and initiatives supporting implementation of a product or line of business strategy
  • You demonstrate strong understanding of the mechanics of online business, e-commerce
  • You have well- developed project management skills, ideally supported by the certification (PMI, SixSigma, but not required)
  • You have a collaborative attitude and ability to engage people in projects
  • You can organize your own work well and manage projects and implementation efficiently to meet their KPIs
  • You have excellent analytical skills and data- driven thinking
  • You have well-developed communication skills and excellent cooperation with other functions in the organization
  • You have an ability to structure and write business documents
  • You proactively identify problems and recommend solutions
  • You speak English fluently (C1)
