Business Development Partner (with Chinese)


Job Description
Your main responsibilities
- You will be responsible for hunting, acquiring, negotiating, onboarding, educating, building and maintaining long-term relationships with Asian partners
- You will identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value
- You will work closely with various internal departments, including category managers, customer experience, marketing, advertising, PR, and technology, to optimize solutions and build comprehensive knowledge about available tools and their use
- You will be involved in the improvement of the products, by presenting the issues as well as the possible solutions for your clients
We are looking for a person who:
- Has a minimum of 3-years experience in the business development field
- Possesses solid knowledge and understanding of in (cross-border) e-commerce or import/export relationship with Asian companies
- Has a proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships across business areas
- Has experience in cooperating with service providers (including but not limited to payment / media / logistics / integration service providers) in Asia
- Is fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken ( C1 level), Korean is nice to have
- Has strong analytical skills
- Is a team player and enjoys working in an international environment
- Is experienced in GSuite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Is a self-starter and results focused
