Job Description

As our business grows we also expand our structure - we are looking for HR Controlling Specialist who will join the Performance and Total Rewards team.

What does this role involve?

  • Operationalization of the manual work related to workforce management process (creating CPI (Cognos Postion ID), Contractors numbers).
  • Helping Allegro in preparing organizational structures (updating graphs after Hiring Approval Committees).
  • Supporting preparation of analysis and documents for quarterly organizational reviews per each function.
  • Managing vacancy planning for the whole Group.
  • Maintaining the repository of Job Descriptions.
  • Maintaining the repository of structures.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have very good and structured written and spoken communication, both in Polish and in English.
  • Have University degree in Economics, Management, HR.
  • Are familiar with data visualization & data analysis tools such as: Google sheets, Excel, (Power BI and Tableau will be an additional advantage)
  • Have outstanding organizational skills and simplification mindset.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Display strong attention to details.
  • Are self-driven and with a high ownership attitude.
  • Background in Audit will be a strong asset.
