Job Description

Your main responsibilities

  • Organizing, managing and controlling the activities and operations of the Sorting Center  to ensure optimal work productivity
  • Implementing new processes and adjusting current warehouse processes for cost efficiency
  • Management of fixed assets in the Sorting Center
  • Overseeing the technical administration and maintenance of the sorting line and related technologies
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Responsibility for compliance with health and safety regulations in the Sorting Center 
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sorting processes
  • P&L responsibility, reporting results

This job is for you, if

  • You have at least 2- 3 years of experience in the logistic  company in the operations department in a similar position
  • You have ability to make decisions, motivating and leading people
  • You have analytical approach and good problem solving skills
  • You have knowledge of different types of operational processes and budgeting process
  • You are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
  • You have attention to detail and organizational skills to manage tasks and people
  • You can ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards, such as health and safety protocols and data protection guidelines
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • You work effectively in English ( minimum B2+) and Polish 
  • You have a category B driving license and is open to business trips in Central Europe
