Job Description

What will your work consist of?

  • You will be responsible for managing following procurement categories: HR Services, Administration, Financial Services
  • Your main tasks will include:
    • Building a Procurement Strategy for the categories taking into account business priorities within the category and in-depth market knowledge
    • Conducting complex RFx processes and negotiating commercial terms and conditions, including database purchase agreements
    • Work with Business Areas on an ongoing basis to identify business needs within each category and identify sources for sourcing optimal solutions
    • Cyclical evaluation of cooperation with suppliers
    • Project Tracking & KPIs maintaining

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has min. 5 years experience in indirect procurement (HR Services, Trainings, Administration, Financial Services)
  • Experienced in complex negotiations with vendors (both domestic and foreign), covering financial, legal and business aspects
  • Experienced in strategic management of procurement categories
  • Characterised by assertiveness, commitment and the ability to be proactive in dealing with the challenges faced
  • Has excellent interpersonal, communication and inter-team cooperation skills
  • Deals efficiently with new situations, can adapt to changing internal and external conditions
  • Expertly communicates in Polish as well as in English and has advanced presentation skills
  • Has very strong analytical skills and moves very well within the MS Office package
