Product Manager – Delivery Experience

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on data products to join our team.

At Delivery Experience, we build the technology we need to make Allegro deliveries easy, cheap, quick, and reliable.We take care of the critical services along the Allegro purchase & post-purchase pathway and merchant experience regarding delivery. We build the new logistics tools enabling the development of Allegro’s own logistics infrastructure as well as a cooperation with external logistics carriers. Our key services are responsible for:

• Selecting the best delivery method for the customer: traffic up to 1000 rps, response in 200 ms
• Allegro Last Mile –  developing our own network of parcel lockers and pick-up drop-off points (green network of Allegro One Box and Allegro One Punkt)
• Integrations with external courier companies to provide our clients and merchants with standardized delivery experience

We are looking for people who:

• Have several years of experience in building and managing technological products throughout their lifecycle; experience in the e-commerce industry is welcome 
• Understand the potential and challenges stemming from processing large datasets and the scale of our platform's operations
• Are capable of setting priorities and making data-driven decisions
• Value pragmatism and good product development practices
• Can view the product through the eyes of users (sellers and buyers)
• Know English at B2 level minimum

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

• Delivering new products, processes and services, developing existing ones in cooperation with stakeholders, data analysts and other Product Managers
• Business analysis - based on business requirements creating possible solutions and implementing variants; identifying, planning and facilitating all dependencies needed to deliver the product 
• Setting meaningful KPIs showing product’s performance
• Building roadmaps and predictable development process together with Tech Leads/Engineers/Business analysts
• Managing estimates and deadlines, identifying project risks and proper communication and mitigation of these risks
• Being the Single Point of Contact for the products he/she is responsible for: knowing product from the scratch and being able to answer complex questions about the product 
• Effective negotiation in cooperation with peers and business stakeholders in order to deliver the product/feature delivering maximum value
• Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
