Job Description

What will your work consist of?

  • You will be responsible for managing the account management team, including creating a plan for the directly supervised team
  • You will monitor the growth of merchants and identify initiatives supporting the development of GMV 
  • You will lead/coordinate inter-team and cross-business unit projects
  • You will be responsible for defining and improving internal processes in your subordinate unit
  • You will support in contacts with Key Clients during negotiations and creating/verifying presentations
  • You will coordinate, manage and report to the Director in the field of:
    • Price and assortment negotiations according to the Sourcing List 
    • Effective acquisition of brands and companies within the heatmap by the team
    • Sourcing the offers for special campaigns
    • Mid Year, Yearly Overview (calibration, preparation and transfer of feedback to the team, recruitment, preparation of the workplace for the Employee, Management of Goal Cards)

We are looking for people who

  • Have min. 5 years of experience in a position related to sales and/or sourcing of assortment in APAC region
  • Have min. 2 years of experience in team management
  • Have a very well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Have experience in conducting negotiations
  • Think analytically and can draw conclusions from data
  • Know the marketplace sales tools, the specifics of online commerce, sales support solutions
  • Have planning skills and good organization of work
  • Speak English fluently (min. C1), Chinese language will be an asset
