Supply Chain/ Network Planning Expert

Your main responsibilities

• Analysis of the current and planned logistics network of APMs, courier depots, hubs and fulfillment centres within Allegro Mall Group
• Assessment of operating results and financial indicators
• Identifying areas for improvement in terms of time, cost and return on investment
• Conducting market research and analyses to identify potential locations of logistics facilities

This job is for you, if

• You have at least 2-5 years of experience in planning, developing and improving logistics networks
• You have strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• You have proficiency in data analysis and network modeling tools - including e.g. Coupa/Llamasoft, thorough understanding of logistics operations, ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
• You have proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis skills and the ability to generate insights from market data
• You have experience working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
• You are able to motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly - especially in writing, gain the respect of key, senior stakeholders, and work collaboratively
• You have self-starter, hands-on mentality, results-oriented, ready to work independently in a fast paced and challenging project-based culture, set the right priorities to achieve high quality outputs
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to understand and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
• You work effectively in English (desired B2/C1)
