What will your work consist of?

  • You will be responsible for managing projects related to the procurement of professional services
  • Contribution to creation and eventually execution of sourcing strategies for various indirect spend categories
  • Conducting RFx processes and negotiating commercial terms, including contract reconciliation
  • Ongoing collaboration with business areas to identify business needs and identify sources for sourcing optimal solutions
  • Analyzing spend data and identification of  cost savings and process improvements opportunities 
  • Cyclical evaluation of cooperation with suppliers
  • Coordination of cooperation with Legal Department 
  • Project Tracking & KPIs maintaining 
  • Conduct market analysis and identify potential suppliers for administrative, HR, and financial services
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

We are looking for a person who:

  • Min. 5 years experience in indirect procurement (professional services) 
  • Experience in negotiations with vendors (both domestic and foreign), covering financial, legal and business aspects
  • Experience in strategic management of procurement categories
  • Being assertives, committed, able to be proactive in dealing with the challenges faced
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and inter-team cooperation skills
  • Ability to deal efficiently with new situations and adapt to changing internal and external conditions
  • High communication skills in Polish as well as in English and presentation skills
  • Very strong analytical skills  
  • Knowledge of the Czech language will be an added advantage
