The e-Xperience recruitment process consists of several stages, and after each one, you'll receive an update on your progress. Check out the detailed timeline below.

1 step: Untill April 5th, 2026

CV & questionnaire

Choose the offer you are interested in, fill out the questionnaire and send your CV.

2 step: April 7th, 2026

Assessment Tests

Analytical or technical skills test knowledge of selected candidates.

3 step: April-May, 2026

Recruiter Interview

We will invite selected candidates for a short call to talk more about you and the role.

4 step: May, 2026

Panel Interviews

Final stage: a series of meetings (1–1.5 hrs) where we’ll chat about your skills, university projects, what motivates you, and your future career goals.

5 step: July 1st, 2026

FAQ

It will only take a few moments to fill out, we just need some basic information to get to know you better. We are accepting applications until April 5, 2026. Please note that admission to the e-Xperience program is not based on the order of applications.

We’re looking for 3rd, 4th and 5th-year students and recent graduates (up to one year after finishing their studies) who can commit 32 hours per week to working at Allegro.

Apply for your chosen position and wait for an update from our Recruitment Team on whether you’ve qualified for the next stage: the tests. Selected candidates will receive a link to these tests on April 7th. Those with the top scores will be invited to an interview with a recruiter, followed by panel meetings for selected candidates. After these meetings, we’ll make our final decisions and wait for your confirmation. Regardless of the outcome, you can expect feedback from us after every stage. Sometimes it takes us a bit longer to get back to you, so thanks for your patience! Once all formalities are finalized, e-Xperience participants will begin their six-month internship on July 1, 2026. Top-performing interns will receive an offer to extend their collaboration with us.

We offer the opportunity to stay with Allegro long-term for our top-performing e-Xperience Associates. Your lead will catch up with you toward the end of the program to talk about leveling up your contract and staying on board.

We operate in a hybrid model: 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. Our working hours are flexible, allowing you to start anytime between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Our tests are tailored to the specific field you’re joining. If you’re applying for a Technology role, you’ll take the SkillPanel test to check your knowledge of the topics you'll handle on the job. For other roles, we use Allegro Select. It’s an analytical assessment where you can show off your problem-solving skills and how you use data to make the right calls.
