Recruitment process
The e-Xperience recruitment process consists of several stages, and after each one, you’ll receive an update on your progress. Check out the detailed timeline below.

CV & questionnaire
Choose the offer you are interested in, fill out the questionnaire and send your CV (by April 15, 2025)
Tests
Test your analytical skills or technical knowledge (April 17-24, 2025)
Phone Interview with a Recruiter
(April 29 - May 9, 2025)
Meetings
Let’s talk! Depending on the position, your interview will be held online or in one of our Allegro offices (Poznan or Warsaw). You'll receive details about the format and duration in your invitation email (May 1-30, 2025).

Check out our internship opportunities on allegrojobs.eu and see which one suits your current knowledge and future development. Click on the job posting that interests you and select “Apply.” In the next step, you will be redirected to the recruitment form. Completing it will take just a moment, and we will ask for basic information that will allow us to learn more about you. We are accepting applications until April 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Please remember that the order of applications does not determine qualification for the e-Xperience program.

The first step is up to you – applying for your chosen position. After this stage, wait for an email from our recruitment team informing you whether you have qualified for the next stage, which consists of tests. You will receive a test link on April 16. Candidates who perform best in the tests will be invited for an interview with a recruiter. After this stage, selected individuals will be invited for recruitment meetings in our office. Following these meetings, we will decide on admission to e-Xperience and will await your confirmation. Regardless of the outcome, you can expect feedback from us after each stage of the recruitment process. After completing all formalities, e-Xperience participants will start their internship on July 1, 2025, and it will last for six months. The best interns will receive an offer to extend their cooperation.

The e-Xperience program is open to: Students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of studies and Graduates up to one year after completing their degree. Would you like to apply for the internship but are in an earlier year of study? No problem! Our requirements are based on the availability of future Allegro employees during the internship, so if you can commit to working around 32 hours per week, apply! :)

The best participants of the e-Xperience internship will get an offer to stay at Allegro for a longer period. By the end of the internship, your direct supervisor will inform you about the possibility of extending your contract. In recent years, around 65% of participants stayed with us after completing their internship.

The internship will take place in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

The tests you will receive depend on the area you are applying for. Technology Candidates will receive a DevSkiller test, which will assess your knowledge related to topics you will encounter in your future role. Other Candidates will receive a link to Allegro Select, an analytical test that allows you to assess your problem-solving skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
