Our main focus lies on supporting the development of our platform and the growth of merchants’ stores in order to increase total sales on Allegro platform – expanding the Allegro Lokalnie, Allegro Business, and Smart! services.

We're well over 100 strong team of specialists, passionate about developing business through digital advertising! We build and monetize advertising products that help merchants and brands thrive on Allegro. By doing it, we support the company's growth and help millions of buyers discover and find what they seek. Advertising is among the fastest growing businesses in Allegro, fuelled by true diversity of styles and skills, ranging from seasoned tech experts, developers, product managers, media strategists, data analysts and engineers, sales business partners, and ad operations experts.

Category Management

Our mission is to help Allegro platform grow in numbers! We are responsible for sourcing new merchants to join our platform and help our existing business partners acquire new customers, as well as activate the less active ones. We do it all by introducing new, convenient solutions (like offer comparison or click&collect mechanisms), developing catergories, improving the cost-refund guarantee and extending the promotional offer.

Merchant Management

We are dedicated to bringing international merchants to Allegro and help them grow on our platform. We design and execute innovative plans to acquire new merchants from all around the world, through mass activities, webinars, trade fairs, and direct cooperation with leading companies. Our team is also responsible for providing newly acquired international merchants with support and guidance.

Campaign and Customer Engagement

Our team consists of more than 40 people who work on driving new and existing customers' long-term value growth and engagement. We're developing Allegro promotional campaigns, loyalization tactics and content – all of that in order to strengthen and tighten the bond with our customers.

Commercial Excellence

Our team is divided into three subteams. The Revenue Management is responsible for driving absolute revenue growth. The Pricing Management manages price competitiveness and perception of Allegro, whereas our Commercial Analytics team is the analytics center of excellence where we look at data to improve customer experience.


eBilet is a leader among ticketing platforms in Poland. Just like #goodtobehere, we also love being at the center of entertainment - wherever something is happening. The heart of our organization is people with a passion for sharing emotions. We believe that entertainment should be accessible to everyone, which is why we constantly expand our offering of cultural, entertainment, and sports events. We do all of this in close partnership with national and international event organizers, artists, and venues. Our common goal is to provide emotions and the highest quality events in terms of offerings, ease of purchase, service, and promotion.

One Fulfillment Product

We are the ones responsible for One Fulfillment by Allegro service, taking care to provide the best-in-class logistics service to Allegro merchants. Our key objective is to support merchants in scaling their businesses and improving buyers' experience in terms of delivery and customer experience. We help merchants grow – by taking care of their logistics process incl. product warehousing, orders, and returns handling, and by widening their methods of delivery with faster deliveries.
