Empowering Employee Advocacy: a peek into the #AllegroLIFE program
Meet #AllegroLIFE: our group of Allegro’s employees who are all about sharing their expertise and building their personal brand on LinkedIn. Currently, we have 200 Ambassadors from four countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia) on board.
What if… our personal brand could inspire others?
At Allegro, we're all about fostering genuine connections, which is why we've shifted our communication from one-on-one to many-to-many with our employee advocacy program. Our goal? Personalizing our message to make it more authentic and credible while reaching a wider audience across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia. We’re also on a mission to strengthen Employee Advocacy within our company, positioning our employees as industry experts on LinkedIn.
What if… we could boost engagement?
Our Ambassadors have access to the Sharebee content hub tool in which they can create and manage post drafts, track progress, and dive into social media analytics. This tool streamlines content creation, with ready-made posts searchable by thematic categories, areas within the company, and language options. We also encourage Ambassadors to create personalized content, which is why we've implemented the "Good to be on LinkedIn" project. Thanks to that we can support our employees in finding unique topics and creating standout content.
Each month, we celebrate successes with our Ambassadors, sharing detailed stats and recognizing top performers. Additionally, they benefit from comprehensive training sessions and workshops, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge. Ambassadors have also access to handy guides, manuals, and newsletters to level up their LinkedIn game.

Our #AllegroLIFE program marked its 3rd anniversary in April. We came together for a group celebration, sharing stats, recognizing our top Ambassadors, and even playing a game with cool prizes!
